为实现公司推广目标而执行渠道营销计划实施方案,以确保口腔专业渠道各类客户了解及推荐公司产品,实现转化,并维护区域重点客户的工作关系。

Key responsibilities

基于口腔品类的品牌策略及口腔专业推广渠道的整体渠道策略,按照全国 KA
市场策略规划进行所在区域重点 KA 工作的执行;
在渠道总部和全国 KA 经理的领导下,完成所在区域 KA 的各项 KPI 业务指标;
与所在区域 KA 重点客户关系保持良好关系,以确保对产品的推广有正向的推
动作用;
依据渠道营销策略合理使用渠道资源,完成所在区域 KA 客户,包括样品及品
牌提示物等物料的下沉,以确保所在区域对品牌推广及销售有正向的推动作用;
在全国 KA 经理的领导下,完成全国头部大型专科口腔医院及大型医院口腔科
的准入行动;
在全国 KA 经理的领导下,完成 KA 客户终端持续销售转化,完成相关 KA 销售
指标;
在全国 KA 经理的领导下,完成新型平台经销商的开发及后续管理工作;
根据公司要求,协助其他销售渠道完成各项市场营销执行活动;
确保开展的所有活动完全符合公司的政策,法律和法规,中国和所有相关的赫
力昂公司的行为守则;
遵守与赫力昂全球质量政策(GQP)和全球质量方针(GQG);
完成上级交办的其他工作。
Qualifications and skills:
1、大专以上学历,医药、市场营销、口腔专业优先;
2、口腔、医药相关销售、推广工作经验,口腔护理保健品相关经验优先;
3、有全国连锁口腔,大型公立医院等客户管理经验优先;
4、具备极强的抗压能力,团队领导能力,市场分析能力及客户管理能力;
5、正派诚实、积极主动,具备较强的沟通能力;
6、具备较强的独立开展工作的能力和学习能力;
7、能熟练操作常用办公软件;
8、对市场新媒体营销有一定的了解。

赫力昂销售团队和/或职能的员工,负有根据公司安排推广和销售所属辖区或渠道内(营养健康,非处方药,口腔健康,以及公司未来拓宽和/或指定的产品品类条线)赫力昂(含劳动关系雇主及其关联公司)所有产品的义务与职责。
