The Global Practice Area Lead will partner with Practice Area Leads to ensure alignment and effective service delivery excellence and drive growth. This role contributes to the development and implementation of the global service line strategy as well as managerial responsibility for the staff. The role will engage clients at larger and more cohesive scale in deploying standards, new practice area capabilities, business models that will transform markets towards an aligned approach to service delivery for the practice area. The role will provide technical expertise in the practice area for all markets, manage implementation of those activities, ensure quality and compliance policies to manage global clients. Ensures a unified approach to the markets while maintaining quality that is consistent with the global initiative. And will ensure the effective strategy and consistent service delivery coordination of practice area service delivery for global clients.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering excellence in the strategic leadership and management of global key accounts
Leads, sets standards and disseminates global and regional best practices to ensure alignment and implementation for practice area service delivery
Leads solution development for global sales pursuits serving as the SME for the practice area
Support the efforts to build long-term sustainable client growth of existing global clients and hone the practice area capabilities and ensure they are best in class and meeting client needs
Responsible for the overall service quality of global practice area
Is an industry leader, maintains external networks, understands industry best practice, shares and celebrates our best work
Identify opportunities for growth of new practice area offerings globally
Develop world-class service propositions for the practice area globally that aligns to the MSS
Develops pricing strategy for global practice area clients with the support of client service and other practice area leadership
Monitors financial performance for the practice area globally to ensure revenue and profitability goals are met and addresses any areas of concern with support of other practice area leadership
Accountable for defining and implementing global practice area Cost to Serve and other operational metrics
