As a senior member of the P&C Experience and Performance team, the P&C Experience & Performance Leader is responsible for country or area specific execution of the enterprise-wide people operations strategy that powers business transformation, talent growth, and a high-performance culture. This role leads a country/area specific team of local People & Culture Experience & Performance (P&C XP) Partners. The role is accountable for the seamless execution of all people-related services, talent programs, and cultural initiatives in that country/area.​

Reporting directly to the P&C Experience & Performance (P&C XP) Director, the P&C Experience & Performance (P&C XP) Leader partners closely with senior local business leaders to drive employee experience improvement, operational excellence, standardization, and innovation across the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle. This includes oversight of complex labor relations strategies across their jurisdiction.

As the North Africa People & Culture - Experience & Performance Leader, you will be responsible for:

Country/Area Leadership: Coordinate the country/area delivery of employee relations, P&C operations, and culture strategy, ensuring alignment with local and regional business goals and the broader people and culture agenda. Serve as a trusted advisor to the P&C Business Partnership team on all operational and cultural context for the country/area. Serve as the focal point for all P&C related interactions with local customers.​

Talent & Culture Stewardship: Champion a unified culture of inclusion, innovation, and accountability. Operationalizes global talent programs locally that attract, develop, and retain top talent while reinforcing the organization’s values and leadership behaviours. Ensure local talents are supported and suggested for succession planning by Business/Function P&C Teams.​

Country/Area P&C Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of consistent, high-quality P&C services across the country/area, including Performance and Talent Management, Preboarding, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition.​

Employee Experience: Implement our best-in-class employee experience model, leveraging data, technology, and process excellence to drive engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.​

Operational Excellence: Manages local key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all P&C operations.

Labor Relations & Compliance: Lead the consistent local execution of global labor relations strategies to ensure compliance with local laws, Union management and alignment with enterprise values.​

Change Leadership: Responsible for the local operationalization of major change initiatives, including restructuring, M&A integration, and organizational redesign, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.​

People Leadership: Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing local P&C Experience & Performance team. Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous learning.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Proven leadership experience at a country or regional level.
  • 10+ years of experience in employee relations, talent management, change management, and driving culture transformation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Egypt Labor law and local employee regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement innovative models that enhance employee experience and engagement.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
