Job Title – Non-IT Senior Recruitment Business Partner

Role Overview
As a Senior Recruitment Business Partner, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-technical functions across the business, playing a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and employment brand within India. You will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of high-quality, non-technical talent, and ensuring recruitment practices are aligned with business goals and global standards.
You will manage a team of recruiters, drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, and act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for delivering value through people.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process for non-technical roles, ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
Build and promote a compelling local employment brand within the India market, focusing on non-technical talent pools.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners.
Directly source and headhunt top non-technical talent, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies.
Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with business requirements and organizational culture.
Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns, including graduate and experienced hiring for non-technical functions.
Provide market intelligence on recruitment trends, competitor activity, and compensation benchmarks for non-technical roles.
Partner with senior business leaders to identify, attract, and hire “best in class” non-technical talent.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing and future recruitment needs.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, cost per hire, source of hire) with a focus on continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Participate in global recruitment and HR initiatives, sharing best practices and driving process improvements.
Support recruitment activities for other locations as needed.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
10–15 years of experience as a Recruitment Partner or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a strong focus on non-technical roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.).
Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment, preferably within an in-house recruitment model.
Experience sourcing and hiring candidates across India and APAC regions.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and in meetings.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven, with a consultative approach.
Demonstrated ability to improve recruitment processes and deliver measurable outcomes.
Experience managing and developing a team of recruiters is highly desirable.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
