How You Will Contribute:
• Lead, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery for multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, and customer teams to meet objectives on time and within budget.
• Maintain governance practices, clear status communication, and disciplined tracking of milestones, SLAs, risks, and decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:
• Build and maintain project scope, schedules, resourcing, budgets, and critical path.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution across engineering, operations, and customer teams.
• Track dependencies, deliverables, and acceptance criteria with change control where applicable.
Stakeholder Communication & Governance:
• Maintain clear, timely communication with our team and internal teams.
• Run status meetings, standups, and executive readouts with concise summaries, risks, and decisions needed.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and quality.
Documentation & Reporting:
• Produce operational and project reports, supporting the NOC Lead and leadership with SLA/OLA tracking and insights.
Risk, Issue, and Quality Management:
• Identify risks early, maintain mitigation plans, and drive proactive action.
• Ensure timely incident follow-up, root-cause clarity, and corrective actions.
• Enforce quality gates and adherence to standards and controls.
Experience and Assets:
Required Experience:
• 6-12 months minimum experience in operational project environments such as NOC, technical support, or networking/IT projects.
• Working knowledge of IP networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, basic routing) to facilitate effective coordination.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana, SolarWinds or similar) and operational dashboards.
• Experience working under formal procedures and frameworks (ITIL: incident, problem, change).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Conversational English.
• Experience with ticketing and project tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, OTRS, Confluence, MS Project).
• Studies in Telecommunications, Systems, Electronics, or related fields.
• Exposure to project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) are a plus.
