What You'll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate night shift production activities to meet operational goals.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Support team development through coaching and guidance.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to maintain workflow.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in varying outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, alcohol screen, and background check.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
