Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. The Role of Night Manager
We currently have an exciting opportunity for the Night Manager to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece! This is a fantastic chance to be part of a world-class team at one of the most anticipated new openings in the region.
As the Night Manager, you will act as the senior leader on duty overnight, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. You will maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features, services, and room details, while overseeing arrivals, departures, and room assignments. You will monitor guest satisfaction, staff performance, and adherence to Four Seasons standards through regular hotel tours. Your responsibilities include supervising night audit procedures, ensuring compliance with financial and credit policies, and handling all guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and strong crisis management skills. You will lead and mentor the overnight team, uphold grooming and communication standards, and guarantee that every interaction reflects the Four Seasons philosophy of intuitive service and attention to detail.
Our ideal Night Manager Candidate Will Have
Proven experience in Front Office operations, preferably in luxury hospitality.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop teams.
Deep understanding of guest service standards, night audit processes, and crisis management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work overnight schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Professional presentation, grooming, and behavior aligned with Four Seasons standards.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
