职位目标

       负责管理区域内新零售连锁药店总部(分部)。岗位主要目标是通过全渠道资源整合、精细化运营与生态化合作,构建“线上线下协同、数据驱动决策、用户深度绑定”的新零售体系,最终达成年度销售与财务目标,扩大品牌市场份额;同时优化现有渠道结构,解决渠道冲突与效率痛点,提升渠道覆盖广度与运营深度,搭建长期稳定的“商品-渠道-用户”良性生态,为区域新零售业务的可持续增长提供核心支撑。

主要工作职责:

制定年度客户联合生意计划(JBP)并达成业务目标: 

在公司政策和要求下,制定和执行区域内新零售重点连锁客户的客户管理和销售策略,以实现区域内销售额目标和客户满意度。

执行品牌活动: 

协助组织和推动针对新零售客户的品牌推广活动,协调内部资源确保活动的顺利落地,提高品牌知名度,确保活动成功实施并提升品牌影响力和销售业绩。

对接OTO/BTC活动落地: 

负责协调和落实客户的线上到线下(OTO/BTC)活动,确保活动的顺利执行和预期效果的达成。

实施销售战略: 

在直线经理的指导下,协助制定和执行具体的客户销售战略,明确销售目标与关键绩效指标。

管理客户关系和合同: 

维护与本地新零售连锁药店的关系,处理合同谈判、签署及执行,确保合同条款的有效履行。

跨部门协作: 

与市场、销售、财务等部门紧密合作,整合资源落实销售策略,确保公司政策的实施。

监控销售数据和市场表现: 

定期分析区域内客户销售数据和市场表现,提出改进建议,优化业务策略和活动效果。

任职条件:

  • 本科及以上学历
  • 5年以上销售或客户管理经验,有外资企业或大型企业经验者优先
  • 了解商业和新零售操作的相关法律法规,具备品牌活动管理
  • 优秀的销售和客户管理能力
  • 良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
  • 良好的逻辑思维和市场分析能力
  • 良好的团队合作能力
  • 良好的英语听说读写能力
  • 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件
