Job Description:
The New Patient Liaison is responsible for performing the intake of new patient referrals from multiple sources for Tennessee Oncology Clinics. New patient intake includes: triaging the severity of diagnosis, scheduling intake with patient, performing new patient intake phone communication, record retrieval, communication with referring physicians, and scheduling first appointment.
