Job Description:

Cyber Assurance role supports the organization’s cybersecurity risk, compliance, and assurance activities. This position is designed for recent graduates who want to build a foundation in cyber risk management, control assurance, audits, and regulatory compliance. The role works closely with cybersecurity, IT, internal audit, legal, and business stakeholders to help ensure security controls are designed, implemented, and operating effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Converged Security & Governance

  • Maintain security documentation, procedures, and audit evidence.
  • Support internal audits, customer inquiries, and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with IT, Facilities, Legal, HR, and Global Security teams.
  • support cybersecurity risk assessments and risk register updates.
  • Assist in documenting policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Help respond to customer security questionnaires and compliance inquiries.
  • Support regulatory and certification activities (e.g., ISO, SOC, customer audits)
  • ork with IT, Security Operations, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Physical Security teams.
  • Support alignment between technical controls and documented requirements.
  • Participate in security awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in aligning physical security technologies with IT and cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or graduating within the last 12 months).
  • Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles (risk, controls, least privilege, defense‑in‑depth).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and ethically.
  • BA/BS in Information Technology or related field from an accredited university
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong interest in learning the latest exploits, tactics, techniques and procedures, vulnerability remediation and security trends in Cloud implementations
  • Self-motivated individuals with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the passion and appetite to learn newer technologies
  • Prior internship/volunteer experience in related discipline is preferred.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
