Job Description:

The Networking HR Project Manager is the execution engine for Networking HR strategic initiatives and is responsible for driving disciplined, integrated delivery across culture integration, people leader enablement, talent initiatives and major transformation priorities.

You will help translate strategy into clear workplans, milestones, and readiness activities, ensuring strong alignment across HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and regional teams. Your work will directly support the business in navigating change, accelerating adoption of new ways of working, and enabling leaders to lead effectively through transformation.

Management Level Definition:

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.

Responsibilities:

You will work closely with senior HR leaders, regional HR partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to:

  • Coordinate and execute complex HR initiatives tied to Networking’s transformation roadmap
  • Drive progress against integrated workplans and milestones, ensuring delivery discipline and follow‑through
  • Support culture integration efforts that bring together legacy HPE and Juniper organizations
  • Enable people leader readiness and capability through coordinated rollouts, toolkits, forums, and adoption support
  • Create clear visibility into risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring they are surfaced early and managed effectively
  • Prepare decision‑ready materials for HR meetings, leadership forums, QBRs, and transformation updates

You will play a critical role in ensuring that HR execution keeps pace with business change — bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to highly visible initiatives.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent first-level university degree.
  • Typically 6–10 years of experience in project management roles.
  • Advanced English proficiency required for effective communication and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing and delivering presentation materials for meetings with different organizational levels.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop clear and impactful executive presentations.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven project or program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience working in organizations undergoing transformation, integration, or operating model changes is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Sound judgement on when to escalate, when to adjust execution, and how to frame trade-offs
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and evolving priorities while maintaining execution momentum
  • Proven ability to influence without formal authority
  • Ability to support culture integration efforts, including coordinating enablement, communications, and adoption activities
  • Comfort operating across regions and time zones
