Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm + on call rotation (weekend coverage)
Location: Brno, Czechia
Salary: from 68,600 - 103,000 CZK/a month gross. The actual salary is based on your skills, experience and knowledge.
Network Technology Support Specialist in Mobility Service Operations is responsible for operation, implementation, and change management of software related to the 5G & 4G mobility data core. Works as member of a global 24X7 team delivering advanced network technical support and providing advanced technical troubleshooting skills to recover from complex network problems in real time to restore service. Responsible to review/interpret technical documentation and utilize in day-to-day support of current services on the production network. Supports identification of root cause, resolution, work arounds, testing and implementation of process fixes as it relates to service/network changes. Responsible for performing complex planned changes on live network elements. May lead cross-functional teams on specific issues and/or projects.
