As a Senior Network Technology Support specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and advancement of AT&T’s voicemail wireline and VOIP infrastructure. Your expertise will support the design, integration, and seamless operation of complex networks, directly impacting service quality and customer satisfaction across our organization.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee network management for Voicemail wireline and VOIP, including physical circuits and appliance hardware.
• Design, document, and implement network solutions using engineering principles and approved guidelines.
• Collaborate with labs, product development, and engineering teams to develop process documentation and network planning methods.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers to meet service commitments and resolve network issues.
• Oversee installation, integration, and troubleshooting of multi-vendor network products.
• Provide project management, implementation support, and resolve system failures or degradations.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience (1-2 years) with telecommunications networks, including TDM and VoIP.
• Familiarity with network elements and hardware such as DS0/DS1/DS3, OCx, PRI/ISDN, modems, CSU/DSU, multiplexers, routers, switches, SIP, MGCP, and media/IP gateways.
• Familiarity with Cisco routers/switches, Adtran MX, F5 SLB, and Session Border Controllers, Metaswitch appliances a a plus.
• Proficiency in engineering tools, software, and network documentation.
• Experience with network implementation and support.
• CCNA certification preferred.
• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Working hours: EMEA afternoon shift, with flexibility

Location: Brno, 1-3 days in the office after trial period

Our Network Technology Support Associate - VOIP earns between 50,000 -  75,000 CZK / EUR gross / month. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on experience, expertise, and education/training.
