ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cloud voice, fax, and data networks
- Monitor network and cloud system performance and availability
- Provide user support for cloud phone systems, call queues, and remote access
- Document and address service requests and alerts in ticketing systems
- Assist with onboarding and provisioning of new users in cloud platforms
- Ensure confidentiality and security of organizational data in cloud environments
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with IT team to implement and optimize cloud solutions
- Commitment to continuous improvement and customer service responsiveness.
- Adherence to organizational safety and security policies.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to change.
- Ability to document technical issues and solutions clearly.
- Basic understanding of networking and security principles.

EDUCATION
- Associates degree in IT related field, or High School diploma/GED with relevant experience
EXPERIENCE
- Experience supporting multi-site environments with varied connectivity configurations.
- Preferred Experience with the following solutions:
- Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center
- Cloud faxing solutions (e.g., XMedius)
- Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, MS365)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Position requires lifting fifty pounds maximum, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to twenty-five pounds.
- Occasional minor discomforts from continual use of video display terminal.
- Routine exposure to light chemical substances.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent travel between work sites.
