We are looking for Solution Architect in Network Solutions, the role will be customer and internal facing supporting Enterprise Sales Team and will be responsible to drive growth and adoption of Managed Network Solutions – Products, Solutions and Services specifically and with Enterprise customers generally. The Solution Architect is responsible for driving overall revenue and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through providing pre-sales technical/functional support to current and prospective key strategic customers.
What are you accountable for?
Partner with internal stakeholders on all the initiatives and solutioning related to network solutions requirements for projects/ products, develop architecture, develop high level design, and provide guidance principles during solution deployment to internal teams
Develop network solution architectural frameworks/patterns, processes, standards and guidelines related to systems, business, data and network architecture.
Manage and develop the architecture for a broader scope of projects, working closely with product architects, platform architects and other solution architects that manage and design architecture for a single project or initiative
Define the principles, guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise customer’s future-state architecture vision
Develop specific areas of expertise in addition to maintaining broad product skills and keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competing/complimentary products.
Work as part of sales team to formulate account strategies and own the technical relationship with identified key customers.
Develop deep and strong customer relationships and become customers’ trusted advisor.
Perform discovery while engaging with the customer to understand key technical, financial, operational, and business issues. Distill the discovery into a concise message, outlining the technical, business, operational, and financial challenges that Maxis Business addresses.
Develop cross-domains unsolicited and tender proposals as respond to Customer’s business and technical requirements.
Propose and demonstrate the Maxis Business suite of products and solutions through using demo’s, white boarding, presentations, written proposals etc.
Conduct, manage, and lead customer pilots or “proof-of-concepts”.
Work with internal departments to formulate winning strategy, architecture and solutions to ensure success and winning the business
Jointly develop networking solutions enablement activities, follow through on personal technical development plan and certifications.
What do you need to have for this role?
Degree or Equivalent with specialized in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Networking/Communication Engineering/Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of Experience in Networking Solutions Services in Pre-Sales Systems Engineering role
Technical acumen (subject matter expertise) in IT Networking
Business acumen exposure is a plus
Highly developed applied thinking and displays sound judgement
Drives innovation to ensure differentiated products and solutions developed in the market and relevant to the respective verticals of focus
Capacity to engage, influence stakeholders and drive virtual cross-functional teams in a collaborative manner
Capacity to define the strategic, drive and deliver strategic direction
