Role Summary

Provider Experience & Operations/PX&O Business Management supports the organization through baseline and initiative financial reporting, functional position management, financial modeling and tooling, and value management and reporting.

The Network and Provider Data Value Management Lead is a senior, high-impact individual contributor responsible for identifying, refining, and realizing strategic value opportunities across the Network Solutions & Operations (NS&O) organization. This role drives informed decision-making by establishing clear baselines, documenting assumptions, and translating initiatives into measurable financial and operational value. The role partners closely with program leaders, operational teams, Finance, and PX&O leadership to ensure alignment to priorities and delivery of quantifiable business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-End Value Management

Value Identification

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify, validate, and prioritize strategic value opportunities.
  • Develop baseline analyses, key assumptions, and initial value projections to inform investment decisions.

Value Refinement

  • Translate strategic initiatives into clear, measurable business value.
  • Validate and refine value metrics for accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
  • Recalibrate assumptions as conditions change and consolidate insights for executive decision-making.

Value Realization

  • Assess estimated benefits against actual outcomes and maintain ongoing value tracking.
  • Identify emerging risks and opportunities and align adjustments with financial objectives.

Value Reporting

  • Deliver executive-level reporting on targeted benefits, realized value, and performance against plan.
  • Reinforce financial accountability and influence planning to align with enterprise financial goals.

Additional Accountabilities

  • Influence and partner with senior leaders within and beyond PX&O.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, routinely briefing stakeholders on initiative progress, value, and risks.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and influence value outcomes through the Work Effort Planning System (WEPS).
  • Lead small to complex, highly matrixed initiatives involving multiple business segments, operational teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery with clearly defined scope and quantifiable business benefits.
  • Provide direct support to the PX&O Business Management Senior Manager and Network and Provider Data leadership.
  • Define, track, and report key milestones while maintaining an integrated initiative roadmap.
  • Develop and deliver senior-level communications and presentations.
  • Support monthly and annual financial reporting, management, and planning activities in partnership with Finance and PX&O peers.
  • Create and execute communication and engagement plans with matrix teams and partners.
  • Drive continuous process improvement across value management processes, tools, and templates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 8+ years of professional business management experience.
  • 5+ years leading projects or initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects or initiatives with measurable value outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scope, risk, issue, resource, and financial management.

  • Proven ability to earn trust and credibility with senior leaders.
  • Ability to mobilize and motivate matrixed teams toward shared objectives.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills with a focus on win-win outcomes.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,100 - 193,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
