In this role as the Network Project Management Specialist you will develop and manage technical networking project plans to completion within time and resource constraints. Handle system fall outs and schedule Test & Turn Up. Tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, evaluation, and control of projects is also an important part of the job role. You will also handle escalations and work closely with internal partners and Vendor management in order to meet due dates and predetermined timelines.

What you'll do:

• Analyze proposed projects, develop detailed project plans and schedules, and identify and assemble a project team
• Perform (either directly or through other project managers) scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, evaluation and control of projects
• Establish and manage critical contractual relationships with customers and/or external vendors.
• May lead and/or manage multiple interrelated projects concurrently.

What experience you'll need:

• Orders – router check prior Exchange Access Date (EAD) – proactive check,
• Managed router not shipped / not delivered verification,
• Supping EAD,
• Creating production tickets (CAG, USH, FFLOW, etc.),
• Handling requests for shipping address changes (CAG, HITS),
• CAG tickets for cable replacements,
• Reshipments/replacement,
• POV task monitoring,
• CNR (Customer Not Ready) billing initiation,
• Single dispatch failures - failure resolution, customer communication, rescheduling service activation, maintenance acceptance,
• Out of region orders – TTU checklist, failure resolution, customer communication, scheduling, and rescheduling, maintenance acceptance

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years of previous experience in similar environment
• Project Management skills
• Analytical mind, time management skills, proactive approach
• English spoken and written skills

Working hours: 2 PM - 10 PM CET

Location: Bratislava or Kosice, office-based job (with flexiblity)

Our Network Project Management Specialist earns between  2,600 - 3,900 EUR gross / month in Slovakia. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on experience, expertise, and education/training.
