As part of the Base Management team, this role focuses on strengthening and optimizing Comcast Business’ Off Net services base, with primary emphasis on Groom initiatives—evaluating and transitioning services to more efficient, cost effective network options. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in a role that requires adaptive, analytical thinking rather than predefined scripts—use judgment for each Groom scenario.
Discuss Groom opportunities with Sales, explain the business rationale, and work toward customer sign‑off.
Compare network options and recommend a path based on cost, performance, and operational feasibility.
Align with CPM, ACP, TTU, Finance, and Operations on order intent and expected savings before BAU work begins.
Track Groom pipeline, milestones, and potential vs. realized savings; publish clear, accurate updates.
Monitor orders through BAU and step in when clarification or escalation is needed to protect scope, accuracy, or savings (vendor coordination remains with Operations).
Capture lessons learned and suggest improvements to playbooks, tools, and reports.
Cross‑train on other Base Management work (disputes, stranded discos, renewals, dispositions, reporting, data quality).
Grow independence over time—work side‑by‑side, split work, or own Groom tasks as the team evolves.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Strong English communication; comfortable on calls and handling pushback.
Proven analytical and strategic thinking in non‑formula situations.
Solid Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools is a plus.
Organized and able to prioritize in a fast‑moving environment.
Able to explain complex issues simply and influence decisions across teams.
Knowledge of telecom access / Off‑Net concepts is a plus.
Project/program coordination and process improvement mindset.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; generally 2–5 years related experience (preferred).
SCHEDULE / WORK SET-UP / LOCATION:
Nightshift
Remote / Work from home set-up but must be willing to report onsite if necessary (due to important meetings, meet & greet, townhalls, etc.)
Must be flexible with the schedule and amenable to render overtime and work on holidays if needed
Office is located at Ortigas, Pasig City (GLAS Tower)
