The position requires deep technical networking knowledge and experience, as well as a high degree of personal motivation while working independently in support of a wide array of communication systems across a distributed geographic area. The position also requires the occupant to be a senior technical advisor and mentor to assist other engineers in resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring that they are resolved in a proficient and timely manner, leveraging any and all resources at their disposal. The Lead Network Engineer provides technical and implementation oversight of all major projects and implementations. This position will have primary responsibility for programming core network systems, designing core systems, testing those designs, and developing new applications for those systems based upon input from business users to determine requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and execute needed infrastructure upgrades, design new solutions based upon user consultation and determine hardware and software functional specifications.
Provide technical input on Vendor SOWs and project oversight, develop and oversee technical documentation, testing procedures, and best demonstrated practice docs and ensure adherence
Resolution of escalated daily system and platform support issues
Research new, related technologies and services
Other duties as assigned.

The Salary Range for the role is $114,000.00 - $181,000.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hourWashington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
