Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

 

Legend Biotech is seeking a Network & Infrastructure IT Intern as part of the IT team based in Somerset, NJ.

Role Overview

The Network & Infrastructure IT Intern will assist in configuring, deploying, and maintaining network devices and infrastructure components. This role provides hands-on experience with enterprise-level networking and offers exposure to IT security best practices and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in configuration, deployment, and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
  • Monitor network performance and identify potential issues using diagnostic tools.
  • Support troubleshooting of connectivity problems and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
  • Document network configurations, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in network upgrade projects and contribute to testing and validation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and assist in implementing best practices for network security.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure improvements and technology rollouts.
  • Update and maintain configuration management database. 

Requirements

  • Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM discipline.
  • Desired Academic Grade Level: Junior/ Senior Undergraduate Student
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
  • Proven initiative, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to commit to onsite work model.
