A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Network Engineer reporting to the FWS Support Manager.
A bit about your role
The Network Engineer provides Level 2 technical phone support for field technicians working on Fixed Wireless and Satellite services. It involves resolving customer connection and assurance issues, managing complex incidents, and supporting Connect, Assure, and Migrate appointments.
The position also acts as a subject matter expert for operations teams, handles escalations from both offshore and onshore teams, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve work order and appointment issues.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical customer support position, including one year in telecommunications.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of Fixed Wireless and Satellite technologies, with proven ability to navigate complex systems and interpret data across multiple platforms.
Finally, effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple high-demand tasks in dynamic environments.
