Network Engineer (Data Center Infrastructure & Services)
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Deployment: Implement and configure network hardware (routers, switches, WAPs, console and management devices) from major vendors (e.g., Juniper, Arista, Ciena, etc.) to support various data center services and applications.
Operations & Maintenance: Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot complex network issues, including BGP, IS-IS, and overlay technologies like VXLAN/EVPN, ensuring optimal network performance and stability.
Capacity Planning: Conduct regular capacity planning and performance tuning to anticipate future demands and ensure network resources are adequately allocated.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including network diagrams, runbooks, and configuration standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Network Engineers, Security teams, Critical Facility personnel, and application owners to align network solutions with business requirements.
Willing and able to work within a 24/7 operation support model, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience deploying and operating large-scale, enterprise-class data center networks.
Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of TCP/IP stack, Ethernet, and fiber optic technologies.
Expertise with Data Center fabrics and architectures (e.g., Spine-Leaf, Clos networks).
Proficiency in advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS) and switching concepts.
Strong practical experience with VXLAN, EVPN, and other network virtualization technologies.
Certifications (Preferred): Professional-level certifications such as CCNP Data Center, JNCIP-DC, or equivalent

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex network incidents quickly.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple critical projects simultaneously.
Flexibility: Must be willing and able to rack and stack network equipment that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
This position operates primarily as a remote work-from-home role. However, the candidate must be willing and able to report onsite to our data centers as required
