Job Description

The Network Engineer India position will participate in driving the efforts in Global Network Operations. We are looking for motivated resources who are eager to build a career in networking or have a strong passion for network technologies. Candidates with foundational knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Individual will collaborate with vendor/contractor partners to develop and implement the detailed design, configuration, and engineering strategies/solutions to deliver cloud engineering solutions while maintaining focus on security, uptime, and performance. Provide troubleshooting and resolution to complex problems/issues and manage day to day work intake and assignment processes. The candidate must have should have basic knowledge of Incident, Change, Problem and Knowledge Management and processes across network towers. Individual will play a key role as manager on-call joining and directing network activities on P1/P2 ATAC bridge when assigned coverage in duty roster, ensuring delivery of network services meet business defined SLA, industry and organizational best practices and defined standards.

Collaborate with vendor/contractor partners to develop and implement detailed design, configuration and engineering strategies/solutions to resolve issues/incidents while remaining focused on security, up-time and performance. Provide troubleshooting and resolution to complex problems/issues.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1-4 years of Network operations and delivery experience in I.T.
  • Strong communication, basic multi-vendor network troubleshooting skills
  • Candidate must have basic understanding of Cisco R/S, Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco Wireless and Palo-Alto Firewall knowledge.
  • Organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability 
  • Proven ability to build relationship and collaborate with teams across organization 
  • Proven ability to lead/manage technology team members
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent


Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidate with Cisco certifications like CCNA are highly preferred. ITIL or ITSM certifications also preferred.

This Role requires working in a 24x7 shift model, including rotational night shifts and weekend coverage based on business requirements.
