Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Join BILL’s Network Development team and play a pivotal role in expanding the reach and value of our solutions for small and midsize businesses. As a Network Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by engaging with current customers, uncovering new opportunities, and helping clients maximize the benefits of BILL’s payment network. This is an exciting opportunity to launch or grow your career in Fintech, develop your sales acumen, and contribute directly to the company’s ambitious growth goals.

In this role, you will be on the front lines, engaging with vendors through high-volume outbound calls, managing a robust sales funnel, and executing a proven sales process to transition them to more efficient virtual card payments. Network Development Reps who consistently meet and exceed their sales targets will be considered for exciting career expansion opportunities within our growing organization. This position reports to the Network Development Manager in the Sales channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage potential vendors via high-volume outbound calls to promote and enroll them in BILL's virtual card payment program.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly enrollment quotas for virtual card adoption, contributing directly to team and company growth.
  • Manage and nurture a robust sales funnel, from initial lead identification and qualification to successful enrollment.
  • Execute a structured sales process, effectively articulating the value proposition of BILL's payment solutions to diverse businesses.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful transition for newly enrolled vendors.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress within CRM tools.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving sales strategies, product updates, and market dynamics in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or work equivalent
  • Confident, articulate phone presence, ability to actively listening, and provide appropriate responses
  • Skilled at overcoming gatekeepers, objection handling, and identifying Decision Makers
  • Possess the ability to communicate with and understand the specific needs of various levels of an organization
  • Outbound sales/marketing experience preferred and written communication
  • Experience using Sales & Marketing productivity tools and CRM systems i.e (Salesforce, Zoom info, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and Outreach)
  • Organized and process-oriented while being creative and willing to try new approaches
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Willing to make 80+ outbound calls per day

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is noted below for our office location in San Jose, CA. This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
