Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of IT specialists across diverse technical disciplines.
  • Ensure the stability, performance, and security of IT systems and services.
  • Manage the implementation of IT projects, including planning, coordination, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
  • Monitor and optimise IT processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards, data protection, and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Coordinate with regional and global IT functions to ensure alignment and consistency in technology strategy and execution.
  • Prepare and manage budgets within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and continuous improvement of IT service quality.
  • Act as a primary contact for internal and external partners regarding IT operations within scope.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • +5 years of relevant experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or applications, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Broad technical understanding across multiple IT domains and familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • CISCO experience - CCN Certification preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft - Windows - AZURE - VPN - Networking
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
