JOB TITLE: NetSuite & Qlik Systems Manager

SALARY: £72,702 - £80,780

LOCATION: Watford

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Watford office.

About the role:

Ready to take on an exciting challenge leading the administration and improvement of NetSuite and Qlik systems? As a NetSuite & Qlik Systems Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, the role involves working with premier cloud systems to promote operational excellence and data-driven decision making.

In this role, responsibility includes leading the administration and improvement of NetSuite and Qlik systems, ensuring they stay operationally fit for purpose. Leading the roadmap for these systems delivering continuous incremental system enhancements. This position plays a key part in leading change in a controlled manner and providing management reporting on NetSuite and Qlik initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure both NetSuite and Qlik continue to function effectively for their intended use
  • Ensure continuous step-by-step improvements in the system
  • Drive roadmap planning, prioritisation and implementation
  • Serve as a link between Technology and business teams
  • Handle change systematically
  • Offer management reporting for NetSuite and Qlik projects
  • Contribute to the examination of user stories and the refinement of customer journey processes.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead the internal NetSuite team and Data Engineers, while working with 3rd party NetSuite partner
  • Provide mentoring and development opportunities.
  • Support performance management and build a high-performing culture.

Governance & Risk Management

  • Provide input to IT security policies
  • Ensure controls are embedded
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
