- Ensure engineering standards, quality, and best practices are consistently applied
- Collaborate with client SMEs and third-party vendors as required

- Hold regular one-on-ones, provide coaching, and support career development
- Gather and provide meaningful performance feedback
- Contribute to engineering planning, guilds, and technical forums
- Support technical pre-sales activities and solution shaping
- Provide accurate estimates and sizing with a strong commercial lens
- Contribute technical expertise to proposals, statements of work, and client discussions
What you’ll Bring…You’re an experienced engineer and a natural leader who enjoys helping others succeed.
- Strong experience with .NET 6/7/8 and .NET Core
- Commercial expertise with Azure (App Services, Functions, AKS, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Service Bus)
- Desirable experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, SQS/SNS)
- Experience building microservices, containerised solutions, and event-driven architectures
- Strong DevOps experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD)
- A solid understanding of architecture, design patterns, and trade-offs

- A passion for mentoring, learning, and continuous improvement
Certifications (Highly Valued)
- Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) – Essential
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) – Highly valued
- AWS Certified Developer / Solutions Architect – Strongly desirable

If you’re a trusted and authentic technical leader who communicates with confidence, takes pride in quality, and thrives in client-facing environments, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. If you’re energised by technology, open to feedback, and committed to continuous growth, we’d love to hear from you.
