Our client is a third-party administrator (TPA) for health benefits, providing self-funded medical, dental, FSA, and HRA plans for employers. The company offers a comprehensive online platform that enables employers, brokers, providers, and members to manage and pay healthcare claims efficiently.

Project Description

The project focuses on upgrading the Financial Management System (FMS) by adding new functionality and automating key financial processes. The current claims funding process involves multiple internal and external systems, including vendor integrations. The proprietary FMS platform is responsible for payment generation, and many of its subprocesses require automation and optimization.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and enhance features in the Financial Management System
  • Build and maintain backend services using .NET Core and Web API
  • Develop frontend components using Angular
  • Analyze and modify stored procedures and database logic
  • Work with MS SQL Server and data models
  • Participate in automation of financial workflows and subprocesses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environment
  • Support integration with external systems and vendors

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in .NET development
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and Web API
  • Experience with Angular and TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of MS SQL Server and stored procedures
  • Understanding of database modeling concepts
  • Ability to work across both backend and frontend
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
