Responsibility
1. 負責生產課內所屬之機械設備維護及保養及生產效率的改善與提昇。
Responsible for daily first-level inspections and monthly automatic inspections of machinery and equipment in the production department.
2. 工廠區域內之環境5S維護及機械設備保養計畫執行。
Implement environmental protection 5S maintenance and mechanical equipment maintenance plans within the line area.
3. 負責氣體產品之生產作業及其他生產事務之立即處理,有氣體生產經驗尤佳。
Responsible for the production of mixtures products and immediate handling of other production jobs. Experience in gas filling is preferred.
4. 製程設備故障原因分析與改善。
Control and handling of unqualified products.
5. 品質異常事件原因分析及矯正措施擬定。
Analyze the causes of abnormal quality events and formulate corrective measures.
6. 稽核缺失（內稽、外稽、客戶稽核）之原因分析及矯正措施擬定及執行改善。
Analyze the causes of audit deficiencies (internal audit, external audit, customer audit) and formulate and implement corrective measures for improvement.
7. 負責作業之程序或SOP撰寫、審核及修訂。
Responsible for writing, reviewing and revising operating procedures or SOPs.
8. 廠內進/出貨管理,庫存及生產報表管理。
Factory warehousing management, inventory and production daily report management.
9. EHS&Q制度的推行
Implementation of EHS&Q system
10. 其他主管交辦業務。
Other matters assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree graduates in Science or Engineering related field.
具理科或工程相關領域之學士學位。
2. At least 3 years’ experience in plant operations, Industrial gas filling preferred.
至少三年工廠營運相關工作經驗，具工業氣體充填經驗佳。
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
熟悉 Microsoft Office 應用程式（Excel、Word、Outlook、PowerPoint）。
4. Proficient in English writing.
英文書寫能力佳，能有效溝通。
5. Proficient in written and oral communication skill.
具備優良的書面與口頭溝通技巧。
6. Environmental protection related certificates preferred.
具環保相關證照佳。
7. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
能獨立作業，亦能與團隊協作。
