Join a fast-growing team building the future. As a Journeyman Electrician, you’ll play a critical role in the electrical installation and commissioning of utility-scale solar and wind energy systems. This hands-on position involves working outdoors in dynamic environments, interpreting electrical schematics, installing conduit and wiring, setting up inverters and transformers, and ensuring all systems meet code and safety standards.
YOUR ROLE IN ACTION
Install, repair, and maintain conduit, grounding, motors, transformers, generators, lights, appliances, circuits, wiring, and other electrical system equipment, and components
Ensure compliance with design drawings, electrical codes, standards, and regulations
Set major equipment including breakers, switches, instrument transformers, reactors, and capacitor banks
Other labor-related responsibilities
Working outdoors for extended periods of times in various weather conditions
TOOLS FOR THE JOB
A state-issued unlimited journeyman electrician license; OR equivalent combination of education and experience with willingness to obtain journeyman license prior to start
Knowledge of OSHA regulations
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screen
Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel)
Must be able to work consistently outside, frequently in inclement weather
WHAT MAKES YOU STANDOUT
Previous experience working on renewable energy projects or large-scale construction projects
Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Forklift, skid steer, mini excavator, trencher, and/or manlift experience

Pay: $50.00-55.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility
