We are looking for a strategic, inspiring leader to join Roche Diagnostics as an Area Sales Manager, responsible for driving sustainable growth in Near Patient Care while developing and empowering a dynamic sales team.
Lead and execute sales activities for Near Patient Care across Turkey.
Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractor companies and closely follow related business processes.
Regularly update the Head of Commercials and actively contribute to shaping sales strategies.
Manage all domestic and international correspondence related to contractor companies.
Oversee the e-commerce sales channel.
Collaborate effectively with all relevant support functions to prepare project proposals and provide required statistical inputs.
Design and manage workflows together with solution partners.
Prepare cost analyses and customer price quotations under the guidance of the Commercial Chapter Head.
Ensure full compliance with Roche and local legal and compliance standards within your area of responsibility.
You have at least 5 years of experience in people management in sales within the healthcare sector.
Experience in diabetes care is essential.
You can translate strategic objectives into practical action plans and deliver results.
You are customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and approach challenges with a growth mindset.
You speak fluent English.
You are based in Istanbul.
