Main Accountabilities 1. Administer sales transactions and coordinate product supply, including monitoring shipping volume, coordinating with logistics coordinators, communicating supply planning to customers, and supporting supply chain improvement projects. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals related to safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency. 3. Manage inventory through ERP transactions, monitor demands and inventory levels, proactively identify supply risks, calculate forecast accuracy, receive and manage orders, provide visibility on inventory status, and monitor supply risks. 4. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, work cross-functionally to achieve goals, and identify logistics dysfunctions for improvement. 5. Coordinate Bulk distribution to Clients and filling centers, ensure optimal inventory levels at clients and plants, perform demand or consumption analysis. 6. Ensure activity monitoring: Analyze and manage costs to optimize the number of vehicles, optimizing routes and frequencies. Contribute to the formation of budgets. Ensure monitoring of efficiency indicators. 7. Perform accurate and relevant data analysis and proposes appropriate adjustments. Differentiating Criteria Scope : distribution of work is done by the manager. Working in collaboration with more senior colleagues. Provide data and support to the team. Conduct the first analysis or less complex analysis Refer to manager or other colleagues to confirm all analysis provided. Need guidance almost on a day to weekly basis.
