Together, we are driving a customer-centric transformation that values bold thinking, innovation, and the courage to challenge what’s possible.
This is more than a strategic shift. It’s a chance for driven professionals to grow, learn, and make a real difference.

Navigator Global by Santander
For ambitious businesses, international trade can unlock powerful growth, making them more profitable and resilient than those operating domestically. But that journey is often high-risk, time-consuming, and prohibitively costly. That’s why there’s Navigator Global, a market leading digital platform that brings clarity to global trade by illuminating opportunity and steering businesses away from costly missteps.
A key pillar of the proposition behind Navigator Global is the ability to source and publish proprietary and actionable intelligence for SMEs seeking to or actively trading internationally. We’ve created a unique system of continuously gathering insights from our global eco-system and team of in-market specialists, delivering on-the-ground intelligence based on real business interactions via the Navigator Global platform.
THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
Navigator Global is looking for an Editorial Assistant to join a dynamic and growing Editorial Team in our London HQ. You will be part of the wider Proposition team of Navigator Global, working alongside our regional and solution level trade experts and their respective global teams and networks.
The role holder will be responsible for researching, generating, writing, and subbing high-quality content on global trade, providing actionable insights and news for SMEs navigating international markets. You will also be assisting with essential tasks to ensure our end-to-end editorial process operates seamlessly and delivers on the promise of timely on-the-ground intelligence to our global SME users.
To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
Write initial drafts of content based on briefs and editorial guidelines, ensuring alignment with brand voice and SME audience needs.
Review and edit content submitted by our provider network, market specialists, in-house editorial team, subject matter experts, and newsroom sources, ensuring alignment with briefs and editorial objectives.
Sub-edit copy to guarantee clarity, accuracy, and adherence to Navigator Global editorial standards, correcting grammar, punctuation, and spelling while verifying facts and figures.
Conduct final checks prior to publication, ensuring all content is visually optimised and complemented by appropriate images, graphics, and other supporting elements.
Assist with editorial content management and production, supporting timely delivery and publication in line with the editorial calendar.
Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors to maintain quality and consistency across all content, providing constructive feedback where appropriate.
This role would suit a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced editorial environment and is seeking to work collaboratively with writers, editors, and subject matter experts in international trade.
