We are looking for a talented National Warranty Manager who will be primarily responsible for monitoring, training, and managing our Warranty Departments.

Job Duties

  • Foster and maintain excellent relations between manufacturers, vendors, and stores

  • Respond to incoming telephone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a courteous, timely, and professional manner

  • Train location management and staff on systems, processes, and procedures

  • Monitor and advise on any issues that present risk or opportunity to the organization

  • Prepare reports and updates as required

  • Build, maintain, and manage manufacturer relationships and maintain consistent, professional communication

  • Ensure a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all manufacturer relationships

  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and purchasing policies

  • Compile data relating to manufacturer performance to enable evaluation

  • Contact suppliers and manufacturers to resolve price, quality, delivery, or invoice issues

  • Train warranty claiming on manufacturer and/or vendor sites

  • Process and submit completed warranty claims through manufacturer portals and the company’s operating system in an accurate and timely manner

  • Determine repair requests to be covered under manufacturer and/or vendor warranty guidelines

  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self, staff, and visitors

  • Acknowledge all guidelines and policies as described in the company policy handbook

  • May cross-train to perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders, and suppliers

  • Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and influencing skills

  • Analytical and numerically astute with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and achieve set targets

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Five years of RV experience preferred but not required

  • Strong computer skills

  • Working knowledge of proper and safe use of equipment

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Working knowledge of the activities, methods, procedures, and policies of the Service Department

  • General knowledge of product installation activities

  • Valid driver’s license may be required

  • Travel as business needs arise

  • Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner, both over the phone and in person

  • Ability to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from management

  • Requires some bending, climbing, and kneeling in order to photograph various areas of an RV

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.   At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.  

Pay Range:

$73,600.00-$112,800.00 Annual
