A Day in the Life:
·        Process and organize a high volume of reports.
·        Review and communicate with appropriate branch personnel regarding information required to compile customer reports, invoicing, and quotes.
·        Produce detailed written reports on our findings and recommendations and forward to customers.
·        Maintain and update customer database for each local branch.
·        Use of web-based technology to obtain our field service technicians’ data.
·        Respond to local branch inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
·        Work closely with local branch personnel and departments to satisfy customer requirements.
·        When required, follow up on outstanding quotations with customers via telephone and emails.
·        Provide operational support to the local branches as it pertains to your role.
·        Other administrative duties as required by the team.

·        Ability to follow process-driven tasks with meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
·        Ability to follow specific processes.
·        Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal essential.
·        Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet pressing deadlines.
·        Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-based environment.
·        Ability to make decisions based on your training.
·        Ability to take initiative.
·        Proficient computer skills in Windows based software.
·        Advanced typing skills.
·        Strong organizational skills.
·        Ability to collaborate in team meetings.
·        Strong demand for the English language, both written and verbal.
·        Previous experience in a Customer Service role is considered an asset.
·        Previous experience in the roofing industry is considered an asset.
·        Advanced Microsoft Office skills (mainly Word and Outlook)
