• 负责全国范围内的销售战略制定与执行，带领区域销售团队实现整体业绩目标。
• 管理并拓展全国渠道合作伙伴和分销商网络，推动通过渠道及直销方式的市场覆盖。
• 深入理解医疗器械行业的产品线、市场趋势、销售流程及客户群，结合分析思维和商业经验，制定并落实全国销售政策与策略。
• 掌握行业最佳实践，洞察竞争对手动态及市场信息，推动公司产品方案在全国范围的融合与优化。
• 建设并管理全国销售团队，指导和培训区域销售经理及销售代表，提升整体团队产出与执行力。
• 运用判断力解决复杂的市场、产品线及客户问题，提出创新解决方案，合理利用内部及有限外部资源支持决策。
• 具备卓越的人际交往能力，能够影响并协调跨区域团队，处理敏感问题，推动团队成员达成共识。
• 主导全国范围内中等至大型项目，确保资源合理分配与风险控制。

基本资格

• 在医疗器械或相关行业具有丰富的销售管理经验。
• 本科及以上学历，具备扎实的商业或相关专业背景。

• 优秀的口头与书面沟通能力，能够在全国范围内有效影响合作伙伴与团队。
• 杰出的人际关系和领导能力，能够领导跨区域团队并推动全国性计划。
• 具备战略思维和执行力，能够同时协调多个区域项目。
