We are looking for a Sales & Account Director who operates at the intersection of high-level strategy and hands-on execution. This is a "Player-Coach" role: You will be the primary engine for new business acquisition (The Hunter) while simultaneously architecting the local sales team from zero and nurturing our existing high-value accounts. Reporting directly to the local MD, you have the autonomy of a startup founder with the backing of a global powerhouse.
