National Residential Quality and Customer Service Manager

About the role:

We are looking for a National Residential Quality and Customer Service Manager to join our team in Barangaroo. In this role you will lead the end‑to‑end residential customer experience. You will act as the operational and customer advocate across projects, working closely with design, construction, delivery partners and building management to drive excellence, resolve issues and ensure high quality outputs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and refining best‑in‑class apartment completion, handover and post‑completion processes

  • Driving high‑quality-built outcomes in collaboration with project teams and delivery partners

  • Owning customer experience strategy, CRM (HubSpot), complaint resolution and defect management

  • Managing strata, owners corporation and building management relationships

  • Overseeing customer service budgets, contractual obligations and regulatory compliance

  • Leading and developing a diverse team

About you:

You will be a confident leader with a customer first mindset, you’ll have a passion for quality and continuous improvement. You will also have:

  • A strong background in residential customer experience, settlements, handover and post‑completion management

  • Knowledge of strata, owners corporations and building operations

  • Experience working across design, construction and delivery phases

  • Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and contractual obligations

  • Exceptional communication, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills
