We are seeking a marketing professional to join our team on a permanent basis and are flexible for this role to be based out of Brisbane (Northgate) or Sydney (Erskine Park). Reporting to the Senior Commercial Director, APAC, you will be responsible for crafting, aligning and leading a small team in executing B2B marketing programs for Provet and Covetrus brands across Australia & New Zealand.
Your main responsibilities will include –
- Developing, planning, and executing marketing strategies for new and existing animal health products, services and partnerships.
- People leadership of a small marketing team based throughout Australia and New Zealand including day to day supervision, coaching and development, performance evaluations, provision of constructive feedback, and identification of opportunities for professional development and training.
- Development of clear value propositions to target audiences in relation to products and services as well as ensuring high quality externally facing content is produced through thought leadership, customer stories, webinars, sales collateral, videos, website content, and product related blogs.
- Management of the marketing budget as well as the development, tracking and reporting on key marketing metrics.
- Oversight of e-commerce program of work.
- Close collaboration with the Commercial team to utilise market data and sales information to identify business growth potential (customers and markets).
- Leading the design, implementation, and optimisation of omni-channel marketing strategies that align with business goals while developing cross-channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
About You
To be successful you will have;
- Bachelor degree in Marketing and/or Business (advantageous) combined with at least three years’ experience in a similar role where you have lead a team.
- Demonstrated exposure to developing omni-channel marketing strategies within a large, complex business.
- A proven track record for demonstrating B2B product growth through implementation of successful marketing strategies.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across a variety of digital and offline channels, including paid media, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and catalogues.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and data analytics.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing technologies.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- The ability to use your initiative and think ‘outside the box’ for creative solutions.
