Belron Canada is seeking an experienced and results‑driven leader to oversee national renovation projects and real estate maintenance activities across our service center network. The National Manager, Projects & Real Estate Maintenance plays a key role in translating network optimization strategies into concrete, well‑governed projects that enhance performance, sustainability, and consistency of our physical assets. Working closely with Operations and Real Estate teams, this role ensures our facilities support operational excellence today and long‑term growth tomorrow.
Plan and lead minor to major renovation and network improvement projects across Canada
Oversee the execution of national and multi‑year projects, from planning through handover
Define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while managing risks and dependencies
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to operations during on‑site work
Oversee network maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective interventions
Analyze recurring maintenance issues and define action plans for at‑risk assets
Manage project and maintenance budgets, including cost estimates and approval processes
Lead, coach, and support the project and maintenance team while setting priorities and workloads
University degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
6–12 years of experience managing renovation, improvement, or asset‑related projects
Proven experience leading teams or coordinating resources in a multi‑site or operational environment
Strong knowledge of building renovation and maintenance principles, including HVAC systems
Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in French and English
This position offers a hybrid work model, with an expected in‑office presence of at least three days per week to foster collaboration.
Willingness to travel frequently across Canada
