How you will make contributions that matter

As National Business Manager – Aldi & Costco, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing Saputo Dairy Australia’s retail strategy across two highly influential customers. Reporting to the General Manager – Retail Sales, you’ll take full ownership of commercial outcomes while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key elements of your role will include:

  • Developing and executing short- and long-term customer strategies to deliver sales targets and commercial KPIs
  • Full P&L management, including trade spend, product mix optimisation and claims management
  • Building and maintaining long-term, collaborative relationships with senior customer stakeholders
  • Leading category and customer business plans, delivering growth through range, space, innovation and execution
  • Driving forecasting accuracy and demand alignment in partnership with supply chain and demand planning teams
  • Identifying new growth opportunities, including emerging channels and new market customers

This role offers significant autonomy, strategic influence and exposure to global customer relationships, particularly across the Costco network.

 

About you

You are a commercially astute senior FMCG sales leader who thrives in complex, high-accountability environments and is confident managing senior customer relationships.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a National Business Manager, National Account Manager or equivalent within FMCG
  • Experience managing major grocery or retail accounts, ideally including private label or value-driven customers
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L and trade spend management capability
  • Highly developed negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyse data, interpret market insights and turn strategy into execution
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels
