National Account Manager - Nora

Primary Responsibilities & Key Competencies

 

·       Market Development & End-User Engagement: Identifying and engaging key decision-makers in Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, and Airport sectors where Nora rubber flooring solutions can add significant value.

·       Specification & Sales Growth: Driving Nora's inclusion in project specifications by influencing architects, designers, and construction firms, ultimately creating a strong sales funnel.

·       Revenue Expansion: Developing and executing sales strategies to increase Nora’s market share and revenue in the region.

·       Channel Development: Identifying, onboarding, and managing installation and distribution partners to support construction projects.

·       Sales Team Enablement: Supporting and training regional sales teams on Nora’s products, value propositions, and best practices for selling rubber flooring solutions.

·       Strategic Communication: Effectively articulating Nora’s vision, strategy, and product value proposition to potential clients and industry stakeholders.

·       Transport Sector Engagement: Building relationships with metro and above-ground train operators to establish Nora as the preferred flooring solution and securing OEM specifications for rolling stock projects.

·       Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing and sales management teams to refine Nora’s market positioning, pricing, and product offerings based on customer needs and competitive insights.

 

Candidate Profile

 

·       Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of commercial practices in India and South Asia, particularly within institutional and commercial new construction sectors.

·       Market Development & Sales Leadership: A proven track record of successfully developing new markets, winning major projects, and establishing distribution channels.

·       Specification Selling Experience: Background in end-user-driven specification selling, preferably within the resilient flooring, building materials, or related industries. Alternatively, strong sales experience in hospitals, transport, or institutional segments.

·       Entrepreneurial & Hands-on Approach: Ability to develop a go-to-market strategy, activate the business plan, and personally drive execution.

·       Market Insights & Feedback: Capability to provide strategic market intelligence to the Marketing and Sales Management teams for product and strategy refinement.

·       Stakeholder & Distributor Engagement: Strong ability to collaborate with sales peers and distribution partners to support project execution.
