Fixed-Term 

Remote – Toronto Area 

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for the CPG industry? Fiskars is looking for a National Account Manager to drive profitable growth across key accounts including Home Hardware, Staples, London Drugs, Off Price, and a few other select accounts. This is a fixed-term role from January 2026 – May/June 2027 and is remote, based out of the Toronto area. 

About the Role 
As our National Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, building strong relationships and generating profitable business. You’ll develop and implement comprehensive annual sales plans, leveraging internal resources and cultivating new and existing relationships. Your expertise will guide account strategies and ensure Fiskars continues to be a preferred partner in the marketplace. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Build and grow account relationships – Understand customer challenges, priorities, and needs to generate profitable business. Identify key decision makers and develop strategies to close sales successfully. 

  • Analyze and forecast sales – Provide accurate sales data analysis and forecasting to ensure operational efficiency and excellent service. 

  • Sales planning and coordination – Partner with marketing and NPD teams to create comprehensive sales plans, proposals, and market strategies that drive profitable growth. 

  • Manage resources and account administration – Optimize internal and external resources to strengthen account relationships. 

  • Attend sales shows and develop market presence – Represent Fiskars in key strategic channels to create awareness and new opportunities. 

What You Bring 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree desirable 

  • Experience: 5–7 years of progressive CPG sales experience managing major retail accounts 

  • Skills & Knowledge: 

  • Interpersonal communication and customer focus 

  • Strong planning, analytical, and business acumen 

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets for key accounts 

  • Language: English required
