What will your role be?

Based in Sydney and reporting into the Head of Sales – EDG & Emerging, this 12-month opportunity will see you lead our RTD agenda within Endeavour Group — Australia’s largest liquor retailer.

This is a high-impact role managing a strategically critical customer and one of Diageo’s most dynamic categories. You’ll own the joint business planning process, lead commercial negotiations and shape how RTD shows up in-store and online across a national footprint.

For an experienced National Account Executive ready to step up — or a National Account Manager looking to accelerate their career in a high-growth space — this role offers scale, visibility and real commercial ownership.

What does this role look like for you?

  • Lead the development and negotiation of the promotional program for this key customer group in order to develop our robust financial commitments;
  • Support the delivery of strong internal metrics including volume, net sales value, gross profit and trade spend;
  • Lead the execution and evaluation on agreed JBP initiatives & LBIs within Customer; leadership of negotiation of investment packages and execution standards with customer;
  • Drive cross functional and commercial peer engagement with consistency and collaboration, including category, shopper marketing and across the broader commercial team; and
  • Identifying new growth levers to accelerate Diageo’s leadership in RTD.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Experience in National Account Management or a high-performing National Account Executive role within FMCG or Liquor;
  • Proven ability to manage complex customers and lead commercial negotiations;
  • Strong financial and analytical capability across trade spend, return on investment and P&L management
  • Confidence influencing senior customer stakeholders;
  • A growth mindset and appetite to win in a fast-evolving category; and
  • Most importantly, you’re commercially curious, resilient and energised by growth. You see ambiguity as opportunity and thrive in high-visibility environments.
