About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The biggest banks and insurance companies in Poland are under pressure to modernise — and they need a trusted partner to help them do it. That's where you come in.
At Salesforce, we're not looking for someone to manage accounts. We're looking for someone to transform them. As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive for Financial Services in Poland, you'll sit at the heart of some of the most consequential technology decisions in the market — shaping 3–5 year transformation agendas for Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions, and building the kind of executive relationships that last.
This is a role for people who are energised by complexity, not intimidated by it.
What You'll Be Doing
Owning a portfolio of Poland's top banking and insurance institutions — not managing it, owning it
Building and executing account strategies that go way beyond pipeline hygiene — think multi-year transformation roadmaps
Leading high-value, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and Heads of Digital, Risk, and Distribution
Positioning Salesforce's full platform — Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, and AI — as the answer to real business problems: growth, cost efficiency, regulatory pressure, and customer experience
Orchestrating world-class internal teams (Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Industry Advisors, Partners) to win big
Landing, expanding, and growing accounts at scale — with pipeline that's real, qualified, and predictable
What You Bring
10+ years in enterprise software or SaaS sales — with a track record of 7-figure+ deals
Proven experience selling into banking and/or insurance in Poland (this one's non-negotiable)
Confidence operating at C-level — you challenge thinking, reframe problems, and hold your ground
A deep understanding of what keeps financial institutions up at night: legacy transformation, regulation, digital channels, cost pressure
High ownership mindset — you don't wait for resources, you pull them in
Fluency in Polish and English
Even better if you have:
Experience with platform sales (CRM, data, cloud, AI)
An existing network within Polish financial institutions
The ability to spot an opportunity inside an RFP — not just respond to one
What Success Looks Like Here
You're consistently delivering against multi-million quotas. You're the trusted advisor your clients call before they call anyone else. You're expanding accounts from a single use case into enterprise-wide adoption. And your forecast? It's one you're proud to stand behind.
Why Salesforce
We're the global #1 in CRM, Data, and AI — and in Poland's financial services market, our brand opens doors. You'll have access to the broadest platform in the industry, the credibility to walk into any boardroom, and the genuine opportunity to shape large-scale digital transformation in one of Central Europe's most dynamic markets.
We're also a company that believes business is the greatest platform for change — and that the best work happens when everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered to bring their whole self to work.
