NAM (Network Account Manager) Lead

ROLE PURPOSE:

Responsible for effectively managing assigned business area and a team of Networking account managers and health representative to deliver better customer experience and achievement of business objectives

ROLE SUMMARY

  • This role will lead and coach a team of National Account Managers (NAM) on key business driver with accountability for their development in line with Pfizer competencies model, to ensure better HCP engagement through providing education and scientific content to improve impact on patient and society with creation of better customer experience

•NAM Manager is also responsible for the growth, development and sales achievement of the assigned business area and territories, patient’s recruitment, brand promotions, brand image, and fostering team performance and reputation of the Company's values

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Business Management

  • Achieving / exceeding agreed objectives (Financials, operational, and breakthroughs) for the assigned business area
  • Accountable for market share and promoting brand image in the assigned area for the assigned products
  • Ensure effective utilization of company resources and implementation and adherence to company's policies and procedures within the area of responsibilities.
  • Assist Commercial and category leads in the preparation of Annual budgets, expenditures, and business objectives and submit periodic reports on activities, scientific and educational activities, promotional programs, competitive activities, and overall business performance in the assigned area regularly in a timely and efficient manner.

 

 

Customer Relationship Management

  • To maintain and build a productive and cooperative relationship with HCP, and authorities, building up the reputation of the Company values
  • Customer engagement through spending quality time in the field.

 

 

People Management

  • Setting financials / brand objectives and leading the team on key business drivers
  • Developing work/activity plans for the team with cross function team alignment
  • Training, day-to-day coaching & development with follow through performance appraisals and regular periodic monitoring and evaluation for team members
  • Effective talent management of team & talent retention
  • Be a role model and promote company's Values among the team members.
  • Maintain a record system to provide quick analysis of the business performance and team performance within the assigned area

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES

Bachelor’s degree in science

Minimum 7 years’ commercial experience in pharmaceutical sales / marketing environment

Demonstrate ability to engage, influence and support internal and external customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

Strong Knowledge of Pfizer brands

 

Demonstrate strong knowledge of the marketplace, business acumen, stakeholder management and strategic thinking

 

Proven ability to manage complex work situations through teamwork

Exhibit a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.

Documented track record of high performance
