Role and Responsibilities
- Manage Filed Test Request (Test mobile phone and Tablet)
- Update Product Specs for the Team to push selling
- Support R&D and RHQ team In Market Issue
- Apps Testing - windows tablets testing
- Management for all testing Devices
- Operators Support: in charge of resolving technical issues
- Operators new network technologies launching and supports and Test. In charge of the technical part of all products
- Control and validation of technical contents for marketing campaigns
- Retail Specs Cards Validation
- Rework Manager to avoid aging Stock
- Coordinating with Logistics team during the shipment of the Pre-launching Product (Flagship)
- Sim Compatibility test with the Operators
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Mobile technical
- Comfortable in a cross-functional environment; flexible and open to ideas from all areas
- Excellent time management to work on tight deadlines and handle the pressure of last-minute requests
- Ability to operate comfortably and optimally in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to and manage change effectively
