Major Duties:
Qualifications: Applicants can substitute education for specialized experience by possessing education of four years above high school leading to a bachelor's degree with major study or 24 semester hours of course work in a related field. Specialized Experience Statement: Candidates must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent in responsibility to the GS-04 level in the Federal service or private sector, providing customer service to museum patrons and providing administrative support such as assisting with data entry and responding to online correspondence.
