Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage large suppliers and Business Process Outsourcing, ensuring SLA compliance and issue resolution.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and lead sourcing projects across the US/Canada region.
- Negotiate supplier terms including pricing, payment, service levels, and response times.
- Collaborate with sourcing and business teams to execute service strategy and drive productivity.
- Ensure supplier compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Lead supplier reviews and support classification activities to improve business metrics.
- Share best practices across regions and align with global sourcing strategies.
- Drive compliance with preferred suppliers and reduce leakage.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of commercial sourcing experience, or high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience. Advanced sourcing and supplier management expertise.
