About the role
The responsibilities for this role include:
• Liaison with Brokers, Internal and External Clients across Italy and International Territories to ensure quality of service delivery
• Obtain all necessary technical programme servicing information through liaison with the Broker, Client, Senior and Account Executives
• Collate and provide necessary territorial information as required in relation to global regulation requirements
• Support the Client, Senior and Account Executives in completion of the Account, as well as cooperate with sales in order to growth Multinational business and create business opportunities
• Check, agree, validate and communicate global premium allocations and use them in conjunction with reinsurance structures to establish and complete account profiles
• Manage Complex Multinational Clients and Programs coordinating activities and serving as a point of contact for brokers and Clients
• Liaise on technical service issues with appropriate departments to expedite resolution
• Regular liaison with Team Manager / MCoE Management to manage pipeline of account activity
• Issue clear instructions for all premium bookings and reconcile Reinsurance arrangements with all front end and back end systems
• Organise issuance of all necessary insurance programme documentation
• Instruct and monitor captive premium movement and/or policy tracking as per agreed SLAs
• Communicate to relevant parties (internal & external) and meet service requirements on all allocated accounts as specified in SLAs
• Preparation (profiles), issuance and co-ordination of NOC’s, OMeGA Requests, QUEST, Structures and Network Instructions
• Resolution of accounts queries / OMeGA Rejects and other post bind programme discrepancies as well as Review, evaluate, verify and process inbound (OMeGA and Xpress) requests in accordance with shared global client service goals.
• Manage all aspects of local Issuing Office (IO) service delivery for assigned inbound multinational Clients/Requests in accordance with AIG Multinational E2E Processes (and as per related Multinational Service Delivery Checklist), ensuring assigned incoming requests are serviced/processed within shared global client service goals and in adherence to guidelines.
• Actively engage and participate in country, regional and global multinational initiatives.
• Prepare booking sheets, policy issuance documents and tracking documentation
• Upload documentation into OMeGA and/or prepare related handover documentation
• Serve as a team resource for the resolution of escalated issues and Monitor and escalate service issues as required
• Ensure corporate compliance to all relevant standards and requirements are met
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Manage personal workflow and monitor and coordinate assigned activies/projects
• Work with local Collections teams to ensure Master and local policies payment and avoid creation of receivables.
• Partner with Product towers to upgrade 'Good and Best Local Standard' policies to reflect latest market developments and mirror wordings for indigenous clients and develop central library of wordings and endorsements as well as keep updated Xplore – Service Delivery
• Embed new functionality within the MN process and ensure enhancements are understood and adopted by all stakeholders
• Manage Motor flow (Domestic and Incoming) – Service Delivery
What we’re looking for:
• University degree
• Good English
• Operations and systems skills Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good PC literacy
• Accuracy
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
• Interpersonal skills
